摘要
本文以工业用振动棒的变频电源为研究对象,主要介绍如何采用新的方法来设计替代现有电动机带发电机运行的产品的变频电源。根据产品所要求达到的性能指标,文章给出了包括辅助开关电源电路、主电路以及控制电路的设计,并对样机的性能进行了简要分析。
The paper aim at variable-frequency power supply of vibrator for industry, and mainly introduces how to use a new method to design product in order to be instead of the current, which run as the form of eleetromotor-generator now. on the basis of function target that will be reached, the parameter design of main circuit, protection circuit, auxiliary switch power supply, control circuit are provided. The function of model inverter is briefly analyzed.
