介绍了博库书城的战略运作和取得成功的一些服务细节,对比分析了博库书城和图书馆的优劣势,提出图书馆应该汲取博库书城的经验,在做深做细方面加大力度,注重服务形式多元化、服务内容深度化、服务功能无障碍化,其中深度要比广度更重要。指出只有以发展、变化的眼光时刻关注图书馆事业在发展中遇到的新情况,才能更好地把握形势,跟上发展的潮流。
The article introduced the strategic operation and some successful service details of Bookuu super bookstore in Shanghai. Compared and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of Bookuu and the library, proposed the library should learn the experience from the super bookstore. Library should make effort in depth and particularity, pay attention to the multi-style service form, deep service content and the service function with no barrier, in which service depth was more important than service extent. The article also pointed out that only viewing the library with developing and changing sight can grasp the new situation and get with the development.
