当前,图书馆不断面临来自版权领域的巨大压力,特别是在数字版权领域里,矛盾日益突出。平衡数字版权人与社会公众利益,既符合版权权利人的利益又代表教育、科学、研究等社会公共利益的诉求。文章就网络环境下在图书馆领域里如何建立数字版权利益平衡的社会协调机制,从法律、行政与经济角度进行了有益的探讨,提出了具体可行的机制构建设想。

Today, the library faces much pressure coming from the copyright domain, especially in the digital copyright domain. Balancing digital copyright individual benefit and the social public benefit serves both the copyright person and the social public representing the demand of education, science, research. The article discusses how to establish the society mechanism of digital copyright benefit balance on the network environment in the library domain from the law, the administration and the economical angle.
