现有保种理论对保种群中公母个数没有明确的界定,本文分三种具体情况确定了保种群的最佳公母个数:一般情况下,保种群中最佳的公母个数分别为N m1m2m1+m1m2和m1+N.mm11m2(随机留种)或N 3m1m2m1+3m1m2和m1+N.3mm11m2(各家系等数留种);保种经费确定时为N-2mQ2和2Qm2(随机留种)或-3m2N-2 mm22N2+2m2NQ和-m2N-2mm2N22+2m2NQ(各家系等数留种);保种目标确定时为2m2N-2m m21m2NNe和41mm2N2Ne(随机留种)或4m2N-m42mm22+2m2NNe和14m1NNem(各家系等数留种)。
The particular discussion about the quantities of male and female in a concrete herd is a defect in the theories of breed conservation available. This study obtains the best quantities of male and female from three instance, which is based on the profit equation of the conservation expenses m1 and m2. Results as follows: the best quantities of male and female is N√m1m2/m1+√m1m2 and N·m1/m1+√m1m2 (random select stud animal)or N√3m1m2/m1+√3m1m2 and N·m1/m1+√3m1m2(same quantity select stud animal among families) ;when the cost of conservation is fixed, the best quantities of male an female is N-√m2N2 and 2m2NQ/2m2 (random select stud animal) or -3m2N-√m2N2+2m2NQ/2m2 and -m2N-√m2N2+2m2NQ/2m2 (same quantity select stud animal among families) ;when the objection of conservation is flxed, the best quantities of male and female is 2m2N-√m1m2NNe/2m2 and 1/4 √m2NNe/m2 (random select stud anlmal)or and (same quantity select stud animal among families).
