摘要
根据低碳钢变形诱导铁素体相变是以单一“形核长大”机制转变的现象,建立了分析变形诱导铁素体相变过程的模型,在模型中引入一个与变形有关的因子(1+ε)n,以体现在高于A3温度时变形使相变驱动力明显增大的作用,同时考虑了变形对形核位置以及扩散的影响。利用这一模型对低碳钢变形诱导超细铁素体相变试验进行数值分析,并对计算结果与试验结果进行了比较。
A model was developed for analyzing phase transformation of deformation-induced ferrite according to the view of deformation-induced ferrite phase transformation as a single nucleation and growth mechanism. In this model, a factor ( 1 + ε) n associated with deformation was introduced to show the role of deformation driving force on phase transformation at the temperature above A3 and moreover considering the influence of deformation on nucleation seat and diffusion. The model was used to conduct a numerical analysis on the phase transformation test of deformation-induced ultrafined ferrite of a lowcarbon steel and to compare the calculated results with experimental results.
