摘要 采用快速预冷退火工艺取代传统退火工艺,对3Cr2W 8V热作模具钢进行了预处理。结果表明,新工艺通过增加过冷度,提高了球化速度,球化时间仅为传统工艺的1/6,而且碳化物颗粒细小均匀、球化效果好、硬度适当;经淬火处理后,组织中碳化物颗粒分布也更加细小均匀,淬火硬度也要高于传统退火处理后的淬火硬度。 3Cr2W8V hot work die steel was pretreated by rapid precooling annealing process instead of traditional annealing process. The results show that rapid precooling process can increase the degree of undercooling of the steel and promote carbides spheroidizing. It can enormously shorten the annealing time which is only 1/6 of the traditional annealing process,get fine and well distributed carbides. After quenching, the microstructure of 3Cr2W8V steel is improved, the martensite is much finer and the hardness is higher than that of being pretreated by traditional annealing process.
