摘要
分析了已断裂WD615、67曲轴的材料和金相组织。结果表明,曲轴原材料存在严重过热和一定程度的过烧是导致曲轴断裂的主要原因,并提出了改进措施。
The microstructures and material of fractured WD615,67 crankshaft were analyzed. The results show that the serious overheating and burning in the crankshaft materials are the main reason leading to the fractures. The Improvement measures are put forward.
