摘要
分析了基于IEC61850标准的保护功能建模方法,给出了三段式过流保护和纵联差动保护模型实例。给出了保护定值、软压板和故障电量等建模问题工程化应用的实现方法。认为有必要成立专门的机构规范信息模型的扩充,以充分保证IEC61850对互操作性的支持。
The modeling approach to the protection functions based on lEG 61850 standards is analyzed. Two models are given as examples-of 3-phase over-current protection and longitudinal differential protection. The imp)ementation methods for the modeling of the protection settings, soft strap and fault value, etc. in engineering application are proposed. It is concluded that a special institute should be established to standardize the extension of the information model so as to fully guarantee the interoperability of IEC 61850 standards.
