摘要
采用大孔全氟磺酸树脂作催化剂,苯与乙醛缩合生成1,1-二苯基乙烷,后者与单苄基甲苯掺配的油的理化电气性能与日本SAS-40油相同.通过回归正交优化实验,获得了缩合反应的最优工艺条件:催化剂用量10.05%,苯与乙醛的摩尔比8.00∶1,在回流温度下反应2.42 h.在最优工艺条件下,1,1-二苯基乙烷的收率达64.94%.
1,1-Diphenylethane was synthesized through the' condensation of benzene with acetaldehyde using macroporous perfluorosulfonic acid resin as the catalyst. The synthetic, when formulated with benzyl toluene, produced a kind of capacitor oil with physical chemical properties and electric performance comparable to that of SAS -40 made in Japan. Through orthogonal experiments, the optimum technical conditions of the condensation were obtained as follows: the amount of catalyst was 10.05 96, the molar ratio of benzene to acetaldehyde was 8.00 : 1, and the reaction time was 2.42 h under refluxing. Under optimal technical conditions, the yield of 1, 1 - diphenylethane was 64.94 %.
