磷酸盐用量对谷氨酸发酵影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 自2002年11月以来,为了寻找谷氨酸高产酸的工艺条件,摇床小试验进行了11批,多次调整风量,生物素等,产酸效果均不理想。为了提高谷氨酸的产酸率,我们从培养基的配方中寻找突破口,从配方中的无机盐开始查找原因。首先从增加钾盐考虑,将磷酸氢二钾的用量由0.17%增加到0.20%。
