提出了一种新的关联度量化模型，该模型具有原有量化模型的特点，同时克服了原有模型的某些缺陷，从而具有唯一性、对称性、可比性及规范性，并不产生序数效应。

On the basis of analysing the shortages of the recent interconnet degree computation, this thesis puts forword the new computation model of the interconnet degree.The new computation model overcomes these shortages and possesses still characters of original model:uniquences, symmetry,comparable character.
