摘要 该文着重介绍清华大学电子工程系“微波电路实验”的课程特色和内容。该实验属于设计研究性课程,目标是训练学生完成一个采用先进科研手段进行微波电路设计研究的全过程。该实验克服了在学校开设微波电路硬件实验的困难,配置了先进的仿真软件和测试仪器,内容包括微波电路的设计、制作与调试等,分为软件仿真和硬件测试两个阶段,符合工程的实际要求,取得了很好的教学效果,有助于学生尽快适应微波领域的科研工作,对该领域高层次人才的培养非常有益。 This article presents the characteristics and contents of the course-Microwave Circuits Experiment, which is offered in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University. The experiment embeds both design and research. Its objective is to train the students to design and research on the microwave circuits by advanced means. Although there are many difficulties in conducting a hardware experiment course on microwave circuits in a university, the laboratory is equipped with advanced simulation software and testing instruments. The experiment consists of the design, faeture and debugging of the circuits. The course is conducted in two phases: simulation and debugging, which caters for the practical needs in engineering and have achieved remarkable teaching effectiveness. It can help the students better adapt to the work in the field of microwave, and is useful in developing professionals in this field.
