高校大型仪器设备购置的规范管理初探

Exploration for standardizing the management of purchasing large-sized instruments and equipment in universities

在分析大型仪器设备购置现状的基础上，提出了完善实验室建设的整体规划、制订大型仪器设备的年度购置计划、加强大型仪设备购置的合理性论证工作等大型仪器设备购置前的管理规范措施，以期从源头上遏制设备的闲置和浪费现象。

Based on the actuality analysis of purchasing the large- sized instruments and equipment in universities, this paper brings forward some methods on standardizing management before the purchasing of the large- sized instruments and equipment, such as consummating the total programming of the laboratory construct, drawing out the yearly- plan on the purchasing large- sized instruments and equipment, and enhancing the demonstrating on the rationality of large instruments and equipment. Through these methods, the wasting of the large instruments and equipment can possibly be avoided in the beginning.
