The present situation of huaman resources in Jiaodong peninsula has been analyzed in this article. At the same time, some ideas have been pointed out, that is, we must establish the peninsula＇s united human resources market, create the innovation of introduction of talent mechanism and the talents＇ training pattern of peninsula＇ s manufacturing industry base and improve ecological environment of the talents of peninsula＇ s manufacturing industry base. Then we can satisfy the economy＇ s unceasingly growing need to the talents and guarantee that Jiaodong peninsula becomes the worldclass manufacturing industry center.
