多杯等流型气锚对井下油水分离的效果 被引量:8

摘要 针对油田生产井的高含水问题,为了评价多杯等流型气锚对井下油水混合物的分离效果,进行了室内井筒模拟实验,绘制了停留时间与含水率的关系曲线。实验表明多杯等流型气锚对井下油水分离的效果如下:含水率为90%的纯原油、水的混合物,含水率为90%的油井采出液以及气液比为40:1、含水率为90%的油井采出液经多杯等流型气锚分离后含水率均能达到98%,使用多杯等流型气锚可达到节能降耗的目的。 In view of high water content in production well, wellbore simulated experiment has been done in laboratory to evaluate the application result of downhole oil-water separation with the help of multi-cups uniform flux gas anchor,and then the curve between residence time and water content ratio was protracted.The oil-water sepa- ration results show that water content ratio could be up to 98% at some circumstances with the multi-cups uniform flux gas anchor,which realizes the purpose of energy- saving and consumption-reducing.
