构建急救信息化体系，提高急救医疗救治水平

目的 构建急救信息化体系能提高急救医疗服务体系（EMSS）整体快速反应能力，也是提供早期救治急危重患者的有效保证之一。方法 以医院大规模集成化医院信息系统为依托，以紧急救治指挥调度中心信息化建设为支撑点，把急救医疗信息库的建立作为突破口，以车载信息系统为信息一体化的呈现，进行整体规划，分步实施。结果 通过急救信息化体系的构建，赢得了抢救患者的“黄金”时间，同时也提高了整体急救反应能力、救治能力、抢救成功率，获得了更好的急救效益和患者满意度。结论 通过实施急救信息化体系的构建，开辟了计算机在现代急救医学领域里的应用，成为提高急危重患者的救治成功率提供可靠的保证，对全国其他地区急救信息化体系的建立具有一定的借鉴意义。

Objective To construct informationslized emergency system which can enhance the ability of emergency medical services system （EMSS） response, provide an effective guarantee for urgent patients during the early treatment time. Methods we take the large-scale integrated hospital information system as the supporter, the informatiolization construction of the hospitals emergency treatment of command and dispatch center as the focus, the establishment of emergency medical information base as a breakthrough point, the vehicle carrying information systems as the information embodiment to actualize the overall planning and step-bystepimplementation. Results The building up of a first aiding information system reduced the latency time of patients waiting for emergency treatment, and shortened for the valuable salvaging time. The whole rapid reaction capacity of the first-aid system was enhanced apparently, the effects of meeting an emergency were markedly improved, and the successful rate of salvage was raised significantly. The capacity and level of first-aid treatment were strengthened, and the overall improvement of the first aiding level was accelerated. The first aiding efficiency and patient satisfaction were improved. Conclusion Through the constructing of informationalized emergency system, computer applied, in the field of modem emergency medicine, which enhances the success rate. The provides reference for the else areas of the country to establish an emergency information system.
