微创经皮钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折 被引量：3

摘要 骨折的手术治疗中，随着人们对生物学内固定认识的加深，保护骨折愈合的生物学环境越来越受重视。近年来，国内外学者开展了微创经皮钢板内固定技术（MIPPO）治疗骨折，获得了一定的经验。自2003年7月-2006年2月，根据生物学内固定的原则，我们运用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨骨折患者18例，获得满意疗效。
