微创经皮钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折 被引量:3

摘要 骨折的手术治疗中,随着人们对生物学内固定认识的加深,保护骨折愈合的生物学环境越来越受重视。近年来,国内外学者开展了微创经皮钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)治疗骨折,获得了一定的经验。自2003年7月-2006年2月,根据生物学内固定的原则,我们运用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨骨折患者18例,获得满意疗效。
