解剖型钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折

摘要跟骨是人体足部最易受损伤的跗骨，跟骨的骨折多为关节内骨折，损伤后的跟骨在高度、长度、宽度均发生变化，因此治疗较困难，我院自2003年2月～2006年5月，采用AO跟骨解剖型钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折23例25足，取得较好疗效。
