In this study, we tested bifidobacteria for 54 cases of abdominal operative patients(5 groups) and 28 cases of these patients who were treated with bifidobiogen. The results demonstrated that the bifidobacteria reduced obviously in 4 groups(except liver cancer group) on 10th postoperative day. In groups treated with bifidobiogen,there was on difference in bifidobacteria between control group and the group with antibiotics.However, the amount of bifidobacteria in the group without antibiotics was increased obviously.Therefore,bifidobiogen may have some effect on treatment of postoperative dysbacteriosis.
