摘要
为了查明微量元素谱与动脉粥样硬化症的关连,用多元分析研究了白兔(新西兰)动脉粥样硬化模型中的生物样品微量元素谱。ICP-AES测定动脉粥样硬化模型和对照组的兔器官和组织(骨、牙、心、肝、脾、肾、全血、毛、肉、舌)中19种元素(Al、As、B、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Se、Fe、Cu、Ca、Sr、Ti、Zn、V)。因子分析法处理数据,得到一系列因子得分分布图,各图象表明动脉粥样硬化组与对照组的样品点分布在图上不同区域,且两组样品点可分辨。
The multivariate analysis was introduced to the study of trace elements in bio-samples of atherosclerotie rabbits in order to ascertain the relationship between trace elements and atherosclerosis.The contents of 19 kinds of trace elements in organs and tissues (bone,tooth, heart,kidney,liver,spleen,whole blood, hair,tongue and meat) of control and atherosclerotic rabbits were determined by ICP-AES.By using of factor analysis,a series of factor score scattering maps were obtained.The sample points of atherosclerotic and control subjects are distributed on different areas in a plane, and they can be differentiated.
