Zr_(60)Al_(15)Ni_(25)块体非晶合金在室温轧制过程中的相变 被引量:3

摘要 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和高分辨电镜(HREM)对Zr60Al15Ni25块体非晶合金在室温轧制过程中的微观结构变化进行了研究.实验发现XRD衍射峰的半高宽FWHM和DSC曲线上的晶化放热焓△H的值在较小变形度ε(约为20%)的情况下小于铸态值;当ε增大到一定值(大于30%)后,FWHM和△H的值又大于铸态值;当ε进一步增大到约85%时,FWHM和△H的值又大幅减小.实验结果表明,在轧制过程中合金原子的组态发生了有序化和无序化之间的可逆转变.HREM图像进一步证实了这种可逆相变.Zr60Al15Ni25块体非晶合金在轧制变形过程中出现的可逆相变是扩散控制的有序化和剪切应力诱导的无序化两个相反过程之间竞争选择的结果.
