摘要
区域发展战略与转向是国家发展战略与转型的基础。我国区域开发具有典型的“转型期”区域开发的特点,已由重在“改革开放”的探索到重在追求社会、经济的协调发展阶段。21世纪以来我国区域发展面临着新的机遇和挑战,为适应世界区域发展的五大趋势,我国政府应在区域发展中重点把握区域发展的基本原则,遵循区域发展的客观规律,实施有所为、有所不为的经济非均衡发展,建立有实质意义的大市场体系,更好地发挥政府的引导和协调作用,将区域分工纳入国家战略。
Regional development strategies and strategic shift are the basis of the national development strategies and Transition. Through a systematic study of China＇s transition characteristics and orientations in this paper, we analyze the opportunities and challenges China＇s regional development is facing since the 21st century, especially the intrinsic orientation in region development regulation from the perspective of rules. Besides, we try to explore some policies and strategy issues, which our govemment should pay attention to, under the macro - control in the regional development.
