摘要 随着机械制造业的发展,高技术、高性能螺旋机械中的复杂螺旋曲面转子和汽轮机、鼓风机等产品中的复杂曲面叶片零件已成为机械制造业中的一类新型重要零件,其制造技术水平直接影响着产品的性能和质量。本文研究了应用外圆环形盘铣刀和内圆环形旋风铣刀刀尖圆弧的数控轨迹,提出了通过专用数控铣床的多轴联动一次包络铣削成形复杂细长曲面类零件的现代制造方法,阐述了该新型工艺方法的基本原理,并给出了应用实例。 With the development of mechanical manufacturing, these parts, including rotors with helical slender curved surface in high-technology, high-performance helical mechanism, and vane with slender curved surface in steam turbine, blower, etc. , have become one kind neotype key component in mechanical manufacturing. The machining level of them makes effect on the product performance and quality directly. Modem manufacturing technology, which makes use of tool nose' s NC trace of revolving disk milling cutter and whirlwind milling cutter to enveloping milling slender curved surface by several spindles comhined moving on special NC miling machine, were studied. The principle of the new technique were represented. The application instances were given.
