摘要
基于知识规则的夹具设计方法一直是夹具设计方法的热门,而如何获取夹具的设计知识是实现基于知识规则的夹具设计的关键性问题。本文提出了基于关联规则算法的夹具设计规则挖掘方法,首先对夹具设计信息进行整理分类,通过FP-Tree算法挖掘夹具的设计信息,获得夹具的设计规则,并对夹具设计规则进行属性优化。该方法对于很小的支持度仍有较高的效率,是可行有效的。
The method of fixture design with rule-based reasoning (RBR) is always attented, and how to obtain the rules is the key of RBR. A mining method of rule of fixture design was put forward hased on the algorithms of association rule. For this method, the information of fixture design is assorted firstly, then the rules are obtained from mining the information of fixture with FP-Tree algo- rithms, and the numerical value of rules is optimized in order to abridge the time of searches. This method has preferable efficiency when the auspice is very low, so it is feasible and effective.
