摘要
针对重型加工的粗加工车削工艺问题,论述了重型车切削中刀具材料、刀具结构及刀具角度、切削用量等工艺参数的选取原则。结合生产实际,给出了一种适用于重型车削粗加工的新型附带卷屑装置的机夹硬质合金刀具,对重型车削加工的实际生产具有借鉴作用。
According to the roughing process problem of heavy turning, the select principle of process parameter such as the material of cutter, the structure of cutter and the angle tooling and quantity used in cutting in heavy turning was discussed. Combining productive practice, a kind of mechanically clamped tungsten carbide cutter with roll chip installation that applies to heavy turning roughing was presented.
