摘要
磁力研磨机要求振动机构具有较高的振动频率,采用磁极头振动的机构,体积小、重量轻,从而容易实现高速振动。本文介绍的电磁动力研磨头具有上述优点,它采用弹性元件连接,不用导轨,可减少摩擦损耗,提高传动效率。同时分析了磁极头振动引起的工作间隙的变化情况,并计算出了电磁力。
The magnetic force grinding machine requires that the vibration mechanism of it has high vibration frequency. The vibration mechanism with magnetic pole is small in size, light in weight, which can realize high speed vibration. A kind of electro-magnetic powered grinding unit was introduced which adopts the elastic elements as its connection without guide rail, so the friction loss is reduced and transmission efficiency is improved. The change of working clearance produced by magnetic pole vibration was analyzed, the electro-magnetic force was calculated.
