摘要
现代水压传动技术是液压领域中前沿课题之一。各种水压元件的开发,是完善水压系统的先决条件。到目前为止,国内外已研制出了多种水压泵及其阀类产品。本文在分析现有水压元件陶瓷化的基础上,介绍一种水压元件陶瓷化处理新方法。采用微等离子体表面强化技术,对铝质水压元件进行表面陶瓷化处理,所获得的陶瓷层具有良好的技术指标。经两年多的运行试验,并通过检测,结果表明:该陶瓷层的结合层无脱落和剥离现象,工作表面无腐蚀痕迹,陶瓷工作表面层耐磨性良好,基本无磨损,满足使用要求。
Modern water hydraulics has been the most important research subject in fluid power. Developing water power components are the prerequisite for the application. Different kind of pumps and valves for water hydraulic system has been designed at home and broad by now. A new method to deposit ceramic coating on the surface of component was introduced based on the analysis of ceramic materials in water hydraulics. By the using of microarc oxidation technology, a good performance ceramic coating was developed on the surface of a water hydraulic component which is made of aluminum. Experiments result sh^ws that there is no strip and corrosion on the ceramic coating from the testing result. This kind of ceramic coating has good wear resistance and it could be applied to improve the performance of water hydraulic component.
