液压系统是全自动液压压砖机的核心部分,其直接影响砖的质量和生产效率。插装阀因其动作灵敏、响应快等特点在压机中得到了广泛应用。本文研究了插装阀的工作原理、复合控制以及其静动态特性,为插装阀在全自动液压压砖机中的应用提供了理论依据。

Hydraulic system is the core part of auto hydraulic press, and directly influences the quantity of brick and produce efficiency. With sensitive action and quick respond, cartridge valve has been widdy applied to the press. Working principle, compound control and static and dynamic state of cartridge valve were studied. It provides theoretic base for the application of cartridge valve in press.
