摘要
通过对一种新型液压锤进行建模与仿真,得到了不同的输入流量、活塞半径间隙、换向阀半径间隙、温度等技术参数对液压锤性能的影响。绘出了在不同参数下各自的冲击速度、冲击能、系统压力、冲击频率及工作效率曲线,在对各种曲线进行分析研究的过程中,找出了合理的输入流量、半径间隙、温度等参数,以达到减少泄漏、提高液压锤的工作性能的目的。
A new hydraulic hammer was simulated. Performance of the new hydraulic hammer is affected by vary technical parameters, such as diverse input flux, diverse piston radius clearance, diverse valve radius clearance, diverse oil temperature. The impact velocity curve, impact energy curve, pressure curve, impact frequency curve and work efficiency curve were drawcd and analyzed. Reasonable input flux, piston radius clearance, valve radius clearance, oil temperature were obtained and the leakage was reduced. Thus, it is helpful for improving working performance of hydraulic hammer.
