摘要
对摊铺机行驶液压系统在起步、停机过程中无冲击的最短斜坡时间进行了实验研究,实验结果表明斜坡时间的大小因速度大小而变化,起步过程系统的冲击要大于停机过程的冲击。建立了最短斜坡时间分段函数的计算方法,该方法简单易行。最短斜坡时间的研究对于提高机器的作业效率,提高液压元器件的使用寿命,提高车辆控制的品质具有十分重要的意义。
The non-shock minimum ramp time during the processes of starting and stopping of the traveling hydraulic system was studied. The results of the experiments show that the ramping time varies with the paver' s speed and the starting shock of the system is greater than that of stopping. A simple and practical method was presented to compute the section function of the minimum ramping time. The study of the minimum ramping time is of great significance to increase the working efficiency of the machine, to extend the working life of the hydraulic elements and to improve the performance of the control system.
