摘要
通过WE-50材料试验机进行计算机辅助测试系统改造的实例,提出了对原有液压式和机械式材料试验机进行升级改造的技术路线和具体思路,论述了闭环伺服控制的设计方案,介绍传感器的选型和数据采集卡的使用要点,扼要阐述了软件总体架构以及在组态软件平台下开发的程序界面。
The improvement of WE-50 material testing machine with computer aided test system was introduced, the technical route and method was proposed for the improvement of the material testing machine. The closed loop servo-contrul design method was discussed, the choose of sensor and the use of the data gathering card was introduced, the construction of the software and the procedure interface developed under the configuration software platform were introduced.
