摘要 报道了15%噁·霜·福悬浮种衣剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。以甲醇-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,经ODS-Hypersil200mm×4.6mm(i.d.)C18不锈钢色谱柱分离,可变波长紫外检测器230nm检测,对样品中的霉灵、甲霜灵和福美双能同时进行定量分析,其保留时间分别为2.66、4.16、6.33min。该分析方法的变异系数分别为0.6504%、1.4575%、2.7686%,标准偏差分别为0.0215、0.0345、0.3093,平均回收率分别为99.96%、99.84%、99.30%。 The quantitative analysis of 15% hymexazol-metalaxyl-thiram seed coating formulation was conducted by using external standard, reversed phase column ODS-Hypersil, methanol-water(80:20, by vol) as a mobile phase and ultraviolet absorption detector at 230 nm. The components of the sample were well separated at the same time, and the retain time of hymexazol, metalaxyl and thiram were 2.66 min, 4.16min and 6.33 min, respectively. The coefficient of variation of hymexazol, metalaxyl, thiram were 0.6504%, 1.4575% and 2.7686%. Standard deviation of them were 0.0215, 0.0345 and 0.3093. Average recovery of them were 99.96%, 99.84% and 99.30%, respectively.
