摘要
标准的生命在于实施,标准的宣贯是标准实施的重要步骤。本文阐述了开展石油工业技术标准的宣贯工作的作用,重点结合油气管道标准宣贯的经验探讨了做好石油工业标准的宣贯工作应采取的措施。
The life of standards is putting them into implementation, publicity and follow of standards are very important to implementing them. This article states the function of publicity and follow of standards. Combing the experiences, the authors study the measures of how to publicize and follow oil industry standards.
