摘要
针对注塑件因结构设计不当而产生的诸如尺寸不良、缩印、翘曲、充填不足、拉模、熔接痕、气泡等注塑缺陷,分析了问题产生的可能原因,提出了在结构设计阶段的改良方案,给出了面向加工可行性的结构设计一般方法,包括壁厚、加强筋、支柱、脱模斜度、洞孔设计等。
The defects of injection parts such as bad size,sink mark,warpage,short shot, die,weld lines, cell and so on which were due to incorrect structural design were analyzed. The improvement plan in the structural design stage was proposed. The general method based on processing feasibility included the designs of wall thickness, rib, brace, demolding pitch and hole was put forward.
