摘要
借助XRD测试手段研究了Al_2O_3、SiO_2、Fe_2O_3以及MgO几种生料中常见氧化物对高温固硫物相3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4形成的影响。结果表明,改变Al_2O_3的含量,不会对3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4的形成产生明显影响; Fe_2O_3及MgO的存在能降低3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4的形成温度,但也使其分解温度提前;SiO_2的大量存在则会抑制3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4的形成。
By means of XRD measuring, effects of several common oxidates in raw meal as Al_2O_3, SiO_2, Fe_2O_3 and MgO on the formation of 3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4 , the high temperature sulfur solidification physical phase were studied. Study result reveals that changing the content of Al_2O_3 will no obvious effect to 3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4 formation; Existence of Fe_2O_3 and MgO will reduce formative temperature of 3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4 , but shift its decomposition temperature beforehand; And existence of SiO_2 in great quantity will restrain the formation of 3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4.
