摘要
采用水泥混凝土成分分析仪(W ater-checker)、新拌水泥混凝土快速测定仪(F resh concrete tester)、水泥混凝土成熟度测定仪(M aturity m eter),跟踪检测汉宜高速公路路面加铺工程中新拌水泥混凝土的初始性能,预测水泥混凝土的后期性能,并对比分析了传统的质量控制方法。结果表明:事前反馈质量控制技术与传统的质量控制方法相关性良好;该技术为水泥混凝土工程质量超前预报提供了依据。
The initial performances of fresh concrete in Han-Yi Expressway reconstruction are tested by the Water-Checker, Fresh Concreter Tester and Maturity Meter, and the later performances of concrete are forecasted. Furthermore the results of traditional quality control methods are compared and analyzed. It shows that the quality feedback and control technology in advance is aorrelated with the traditional quality control methods perfectly and this method provide the basis of the quality advance prediction in cement concrete projects.
