哈尔滨市南岗区2002—2005年食品监测结果分析

摘要 目的了解哈尔滨市南岗区各类食品的卫生质量现状,为相关部门食品卫生监督和管理提供可靠的依据。方法采用随机抽样的原则,实验室检测按国家标准方法进行检测。结果哈尔滨市南岗区2002—2005年食品平均合格率为86.00%,合格率比较高的食品是醋、方便面、酱油、蒸馏配制酒,分别为97.99%、97.95%、97.39%和97.05%。矿泉水、纯净水合格率比较低分别为71.16%、79.24%。结论矿泉水、纯净水合格率比较低是导致食品合格率不高的主要原因,提示卫生行政部门在日常工作中应加强对这类产品的执法力度,以保障食品安全。 OBJECTIVE To master the food quality of Nan'gang District and to supply the reliable evidence for guvernmen. METHODS According to the principle of spot check, lab examine food quality according to national standard method. RESULTS The food eligibility ratio is 86.00% in Nan'gang District of Harbin City in 2002-2005. The high eligibility food species are vinegar, noodle, sauce, distilled spirit and its eligibility ratio is 97.99%, 97.95% 、 97.39% 、 97.05%. Mineral water and pure water' s eligibility ratio is low and its eligibility ratio is 71.16%、 79.24%. CONCLUSIONS The main cause of low food eligibility ratio is miheral water and pure water, which indicate that the government should pay attention the these food so as to guard people' s health.
