Educating the Next Generation of Engineers for the Global Workshop

全球化正从根本上改变世界范围内各国经济的设计、生产、销售、消费及服务的模式,工程领域也被推到这一发展的前沿。德国大陆集团(ContinentalAG)于2005年10月发起、资助并全程参与了“全球工程教育卓越计划”的国际研究项目,邀请欧、美、亚的6个国家的8所大学共同进行研究,探讨了全球化背景下的工程师工作环境及未来工程人员培养等问题。

Globalization is radically changing the way of design, produce, distribution, and consumption, and services of national economy around the world. In Oct. 2005, Continental AG commissioned and financed an international study named ＂Global Engineering Excellence＂ with eight universities from Europe, American and Asia, aiming at discussing working environment for engineers under globalization and future engineer cultivation.
