摘要
本文对教师胜任力的定义、模型构建、研究方法以及教师胜任力测评四个方面进行了述评,针对现状提出对未来的教师胜任力研究的瞻望。
The aim of the study was to review the research of teacher competency, including the definition of the teacher competency, developing the framework of teacher competency, the research methods and the evaluation of teacher competency, and to give a prospect of the future research in allusion to the present situation of the research on the teacher competency.
