摘要
20世纪80年代到90年代初,许多企业废除了以辛苦工作换取雇用安全的“旧雇用契约”,而采用了“新型雇用契约”,这带来了很多问题。提高雇员的“可雇性”成为雇主与雇员建立新型雇用关系的最佳选择,而这对于高校职员队伍建设具有非常重要的借鉴意义。
In 1980s and early 1990s, many enterprises annulled the old employment contract that promised to exchange hard work for employment security, and adopted the new employment contract, which brought a lot of serious problems. Increasing the employees' employability becomes the best choice that employers and employees had built new employment relations, which is of great benefit to development of administrative staff in the universities.
