产业集群是我国近年来经济发展中的一个重要特征。本文分析了产业集群人才需求三大特征,探讨了职业技术教育结构优化的原则,并提出了针对产业集群人才需求特征的职业技术教育结构优化的方法。

Industry cluster is an important characteristic in economic development recently in China. This paper has analyzed three major characteristics on industry cluster human resources demands and the principle to optimization of vocational and technical education structure, and has put forward the method of optimizing vocational and technical education structure based on industry cluster human resources demand.
