废石膏模制备高强度α半水石膏的研究 被引量:3

On Preparation of α-Hemihydrated Gypsum by Used Pottery Model

摘要 根据“溶解-再结晶”机理,以陶瓷工业中的废石膏模为原料研制出α-型半水石膏模.讨论了蒸气操作压力和温度、烘干温度等因素对蒸压过程、产物成份和产物质量的影响.研究表明,以废石膏模为原料研制成的α-型半水石膏与天然纤维石膏矿石为原料得到的半水石膏性能基本相同,是一种高强度石膏胶凝材料. A kind of α-hemihydrated gypsum is prepared according to the theory of solution and recrystalization,the used pottery model of hemihydrated gypsum being raw materials.Some main factors affecting autoclave technology,composition of product and quality of product arc discussed,such as operating steam pressure,operating steam temperature,and stoving temperature.The research shows that the α-hemihydrated gypsum prepared by used pottery model of hemihydrated gypsum is a gypsum gelatinizer of great strength,the high propertics in this kind of α-hemihydrated gypsum are similar to those in the α-hemihydrated gypsum prepared by fibrous gypsum.
