摘要
用还原法在NaBH_4溶液中制备了一系列表面金属化的聚丙烯腈(PAN)薄膜。考察了含两种不同阴离子的铁金属盐和铁钴金属盐的PAN还原后膜表面的导电性能。讨论了PAN膜表面电导率与各种离子的结构关系。初步研究了还原剂浓度、还原时间、金属离子浓度及还原温度对PAN膜表面导电性能的影响。
A series of metal layers were formed on polymer surface by a reduction treatment with NaBH4 aqueous solution. The conductivity behavior of the metal layer deposited by reduction of plyacrylontrile(PAN) containing two kinds of Fe salts and the mixed Fe/Co salts was investigated and the relationship between the conductivity and the structure of the metal salt was also studied. It was found that the conductivity of the metal layer was influenced by the concentration of a reducing agent, reduction time, the concentration of metal salt and reduction temperature.
