摘要
党内和谐是社会和谐的基本前提和重要保证,发展党内民主是增进党内和谐的必然要求和根本途径。目前,党内存在民主不足的问题。发展党内民主必须以建立健全党内民主制度为重点,实现思想教育和制度建设的有机结合,走从实际出发、循序渐进的发展之路。
