摘要
国家助学贷款制度是我国高等教育发展的必然选择,然而近年来该制度在实施过程中却出现了个人信用制度缺乏、风险补偿机制缺陷以及回收机制不健全等诸多问题,为此,我们要从建立和完善信用的法律保障体系、建立和完善大学生信用体系、改进和完善贷款偿还规则以及健全政府担保机制等途径不断完善我国国家助学贷款制度。
The state student Loan system is a logical choice for our higher education, but in recent years, during the practice of the system, such problems have arisen as a credit system shortage, defects in the risk- taking compensation mechanism andthe imperfect recovery mechanism. For that reason, we should establish and improve the legal guarantee system, student credit system, and government guarantee system, and work out and improve loan repayment rules.
