摘要
目的:评价肿痛安治疗牙周炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选择120例急性牙周炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,采用肿痛安治疗;对照组60例,采用甲硝唑治疗。评价其临床疗效和安全性。结果:治疗组痊愈66.7%,明显高于对照组40%,差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论:肿痛安治疗急性牙周炎安全、有效。
Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of Zhong Tong An （ZTA） on treating acute adult periodontitis. Methods： 120 patients with acute adult periodontits, were randomly divided into two groups, treat group（60） were given ZAT control group（60） were given metoonidazole. Results： significant differences of the total cure rate were found between the two group, with 66. 7% in treat group and 40% in control, P 〈 0.01. Conclusions： ZTA is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of acute adult periodontitis.
