摘要
以磁性氧化铁胶体粒子为种子粒子,采用吸附—溶胀法,进行苯乙烯—丙烯酸—二乙烯基苯的乳液聚合,制备亚微米级磁性高分了微球。研究丁分散介质、丙烯酸、种予粒子、苯乙烯和pH调节剂等因素对聚合行为和磁性微球的影响,成功地合成了平均粒径为0.13和0.27μm、单分散性很好的磁性微球。
The emulsion polymerization of styrene, acrylic acid and divinylbenzene in ethanol-water medium has been carried out by using colloidal magnetite par-ticlesas seed particles, adsorbing potassium persulfate and being swollenwithmonomer. Magnetic composite microspheres in sub-micron size range, having magnetite core, have been synthesized with monodisperse size distribution. Alcohol/waterratio, acrylic acid, styrene and divinylbenzene concentration and seed particle size have the influence on the size of magnetic polymer mic-rospheresand polymerization behavior. The optimum polymerization for the preparation of monodisperse sub-micronmagnetic composite microspheres is ethanol 13.8 vol%, styrene 12.0vol%, acrylic acid 1.3 vol%, MP 10-15nm, \KPS/MP 1.5×10-8 mol/g.SDS 2.7×10-3 mol/L, temp. 60℃.
