功能主体:国有经济主导地位新思路

RECONSIDERATION ON THE DOMINATING POSITION OF STATE-OWNED ECONOMY:THE FUNCTIONAL POSITION

本文在坚持社会主义国有经济主导地位前提下,将国有经济主导地位分为器质主体和功能主体,并且指出,在非国有经济飞速增长条件下,仅仅坚持国有经济的器质主体地位,势必导致思想僵化,效率低下,必须充分发挥国有经济的主体功能,即在提高国有经济本身的效率的同时,提高国有经济在宏观调控、经济社会化过程中的引导作用。

This paper holds the view that the dominating position of socialist state economy depends on its formation and function. As the nonstate-owned economy is developing rapidly, insistence on the formation of the state-owned economy only will definitely lead to a deadlock and inefficiency. Therefore, its function must be brought into full play, which means raising the efficiency of the state-owned economy and promoting its guiding-roe in macro-economic control and economic socialzation.
