随着我国药品不良反应监测工作的深入开展,如何给药品不良反应的受害者提供救济已成为一个被广泛关注的问题。通过介绍台湾药害救济实践,对其有关定义、可获救济与不得救济的条件、法定鉴定机构等方面进行探讨,结合我国药品不良应监测工作的现状进行分析,以期为我国建立药品不良反应损害救济制度提供借鉴。

With the development of Adverse Drug Reaction （ADR） Monitoring in our country, more and more people have focused concerns son. In order to give useful reference to the on the provision of effective relief for wronged perestablishment of the ADR damage relief system in China, this article introduces the drug relief in Taiwan and analyses the ADR Monitoring in our country.
