大气压辉光放电等离子体对不同细菌杀灭效果的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究直接曝光式大气压辉光放电等离子体消毒机杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法在实验室进行了观察。结果直接曝光式大气压辉光放电等离子体消毒机对染菌载体(玻璃片)上的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用45 s,平均杀灭率达99.99%,作用60 s杀灭率可达100%。用该等离子体消毒机对染菌载体上白色念珠菌作用120 s杀灭率为99.98%,作用180 s,杀灭率为100%;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用90 s,杀灭率达到99.99%,作用120 s可使杀灭率达到100%。结论直接曝光式大气压辉光放电等离子体消毒机对玻璃片上细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢都具有快速杀灭作用,4种试验菌中以白色念珠菌对该类等离子体抗力最强。 Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of direct - type atmospheric glow discharge plasma disinfector. Method Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results Disinfection with the direct -type atmospheric glow discharge plasma disinfector for 45 s killed 99.99% in average of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on carrier ( glass slide) and disinfection for 60 s killed 100%. Disinfection with this plasma disinfector for 120 s killed 99.98% ofCandida albicans on carrier and disinfection for 180 s killed 100%. Disinfection for 90 s killed 99.99% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger and disinfection for 120 s could kill 100%. Conclusion The direct - type atmospheric glow discharge plasma disinfector has rapid killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria, fungi and hacterial spores on glass slide. Among the 4 test microorganisms, Candida albicans has the strongest resistance to this kind of plasma.
